A lot of international express delivery giants like DHL and Fedex which have a considerable advantage to seize the domestic express delivery market. The market is fiercely competitive. China’s express industry is developing rapidly, and made great achievements. But the level of courier service can make customer satisfaction, courier service quality has become a vast number of consumers complained that one of the hot. The service is the essence of the express, To gain a firm foothold in the fierce competition and how to strive for better customers satisfaction and to improve the service performance of the express industry to improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty has become a top priority.Based on the related theories and models of customer satisfaction, the paper evaluate and analysis the service satisfaction of the S-logistics company. First, the article on the background of the thesis, purpose and meaning of the content and methods of the research; Then, the paper S logistics company services, processes, teams and technology are discussed, and S logistics company, the external competitive environment analysis; Finally, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the logistics of satisfaction, and accordingly set up a service satisfaction evaluation index system; On this basis, survey questionnaire design, and expand the research.
