Study On The Bada Railway Station I Section Project Construction Management

Now, China is at the peak of railway construction. There are many construction projects in which government has invested a lot. Good organization and management of the construction has positive affections on safety, cost saving, quality control and construction progress. Because of the particular nature of the railway project, selecting of the designs on laying and erecting works is critical to the progress and cost aims of the project management. The design on laying and erecting works of a railway construction project should be studied deliberately in order to effectively control the whole progress and costs of the construction. This paper studies and analyzes the influences of the design on laying and erecting works upon the construction progress and costs in the framework of project management progress control and cost control, selects the relatively optimal design on laying and erecting works in the purpose of directing the construction and supporting the construction progress and costs control of Bada railway project.Based on the engineering background of Bada railway construction project, we studied three aspects: Fistly, we studied the knowledge of progress control and cost management of the railway project construction management. Secondly, On the basis of the related information of Bada railway project, on-site investigation information, characteristics of the project, and the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the original designs, we analyze the particular nature of Bada railway construction project, study the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the original designs on laying and erecting works provided by the Second Investigation Design And Research Institution of China Railway Group, and analyze its influences upon the progress purpose and cost purpose. And we propose the new design on laying and erecting works. Meanwhile, comparatively analyze the new design to find out the differences of the different designs on the project progress purpose and cost purpose. Thirdly, we comprehensively analyze and identify the proper construction program for section I of Bada railway station according to the comparative analysis and apply the program into the project management.
