With the growth of economy the expressway of China has developed so much in these years. And the developing of expressway means that the technology of it has improved and the structure of traffic has optimized. But there still has so many problems which we have to solve.This paper takes the Shenzhen Longda Expressway Co., Ldt as the research object to discuss the strategy of companies in the expressway industry. I classify this paper into five parts. In chapter one I will introduce the paper’s backgrounds, purpose, importance and the research method. I will rewiew the theory of strategy especially the expressway industry and introduce the process of strategy management, the method of strategy analysis and strategy implementation. In chapter two I will introduce the basic information of Longda company, include the organization structure, outcome of strategy implementation and market performance. In chapter three I will analyse the company’s environment, include the macro-environment, the strengths and weaknesses. In the process of analysis I will use PEST model and the Porter’s five forces model to analyse the external environment. And last I use SWOT model to study the real opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of the company. Based on this analysis and the consideration of the goal of Longda I can choose strategy which should be implemented. In chapter four I will give a detailed introduction of the process to choose the strategy, the process of information collection. And in chapter five I will discuss the physical measures which used to prove the strategy to be implemented appropriatly.This paper theoretically analyses the corporate strategy of expressway industry in consideration of China’s institution background. And this paper focuses on research the companies in expressway industry and takes Longda company as the study case. And it analyses the environment of Longda, based on which chooses the strategy and discuss the physical measures which used to prove the strategy to be implemented appropriatly. All of these will assure Longda to reach its’goal. What’s more this paper will enrich the theoretical research achievement of strategy management, especially in the expressway industry. |
