Tourism has become a huge potential industry, which has the most powerful development momentum and is one of the largest industries in the world, and it will maintain its continued growth trend. Tourism is an important industry in the developing of national economy,which plays a strategic relevance leading role for the whole national economic and social development.Tourism has multiple impact on the development of the national economy, the development of tourism can not only promote economic and social development, increase the national income, make more foreign exchange, expand employment field, and promote the development of relevant industries exactly. Since reform and opening-up, China’s domestic tourism develops rapidly, and covers widely, but it is still in condition of a low consumption, popular, low level, close tourism overall. Facing the fierce competition, in order to seek the development of long-term competitive advantage, tourism enterprises must have the strategy planing which is in line with their own development. In today’s era, the companies have entered the era of strategic competition. The HZSW is a outbound travel agency in this context. Due HZSW company is still in the early stages of development, the various systems and capabilities have yet to be improved, and therefore it has a very important role to research its development strategy for the future development.Based on the summarizing of the basic theory of corporate strategy and the travel agencies development strategy, the thesis analyze the situation and development trend of the China’s outbound tourism industry. And, using the PEST analysis method and some other analysis methods, it analyzes HZSW’s operating environment. On the basis of the SWOT analysis matrix and quantitative strategic planning matrix analysis (QSPM), it designs the development strategy of the company HZSW. And, in order to ensure the successful implementation of the company’s development strategy in HZSW, the thesis builds the safeguards from five aspests, that is personnel security, financial security, technical security, organizational security, as well as cultural protection. It aims to make a guiding significance to help expand market share and enhance its market position, and then establish and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in the market.In this thesis, by using the literature review, the theory and practice of combining qualitative research methods, it elaborates the topic. By literature reviewing of the development of domestic and international travel company strategy, and combining with the situation of HZSW company, the thesis do a study for the tourism enterprises’ development strategy under the method of a combination of theoretical research and practical research,The purpose of this thesis is to explore how tourism enterprises analysis, design and choose the development strategic, and help the enterprise to determine the long-term development of the enterprise, and enhance the continued competitiveness in the market.
