Senior management is the dominant force in the survival and development play acrucial role. So the incentives of senior management also received increasing attention.In the study of theory of the firm, a key issue for academia, research incentive system asthe pay system. Liaoning Province, dominated by state-owned enterprises want todevelop the economy of Liaoning Province, the state-owned listed companies must play arole. State-owned listed companies in the long-term reform of property rights, butanother reason is that executive compensation further highlight the relationship betweenownership and commission edagent characteristics.Based on the related literature at home and abroad on the basis of the study, selectedLiaoning province33state-owned listed companies as the research sample. In theapplication of different control variables are grouped, using the descriptive statisticalmethod to the salaries of executives status investigation, then on the salaries ofexecutives and the relationship between corporate performance using linear regressionmodels are studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter on the background to the study and the purpose and significance ofthe study, carried out a review of domestic and foreign research on the correlationbetween executive pay; Systemic described in Chapter II first pay for performanceincentives theory, which is the theoretical cornerstone for the development of executivepay system;Chapter III from the state-owned listed companies in Liaoning Province,performance status and incentive pay of executives three aspects of the status ofexecutive pay and corporate performance of state-owned listed companies in LiaoningProvince; The fourth chapter is the empirical part, using factor analysis and regressionanalysis method to study the relationship between; The fifth chapter is based on theresults of empirical studies, this paper targeted for the Liaoning province state-ownedlisted company senior management personnel salary system puts forward the proposal.
