The Research On Performance Management Of QG Company

With the further development of global economy, the air transport bears more and more important responsibility in both domestic and international areas, and the quality of the air transport infrastructure becomes the important tool to guarantee the fulfillment of this responsibility. The QG is the subordinate unit of northeast ATMB. Under the background of increasing fierce market competition, in order to survival and develop, QG must pursues their own quality and efficiency. However, at the present, there are many problems in performance management that are limiting the development of the company.Taking the current performance management situation of QG company as the research object, this paper analyze the existing problems of performance management and aims to put forward some concrete measures to improve QG company’s level of performance management.In the first chapter of this paper, it introduces the research background, research significance, the research contents and technical route. This paper generalizes the correlation theory of performance management in the second chaper. In the chapter3, this paper introduces QG company profile and the company performance management, and also analyzes and diagnoses the problems of company performance. On the basis of the above analysis, it also demonstrates that why QG company chooses management measures to improve their performance management. In the fourth chapter, it provides some suggestions for QG company to improve their performance management from the perspective of performance plans, performance implementation, performance appraisal, performance feedback, performance improvement and application of performance on these six main aspects. The fifth chapter puts forward some safeguarding measures for the implementation of the performance management in QG company.The research on QG company performance management is of great significance for the improvement of QG company performance management. At the same time, the research also has a certain decisively referential value to other similar property company in their performance management.
