| With the rapid development of information technology, the B2C electronic commerce arises at this moment. It has brought the unprecedented impact to the traditional retail and supermarket, many traditional retail industries was forced to have joined the ranks of e-commerce. Electronic commerce transaction must rely on logistics service to complete, logistics is a very important role in e-commerce, therefore, how to improve the service quality of logistics distribution, how to improve the efficiency of the logistics service has become a hot topic of among experts and scholars.This article introduces the value engineering in the B2C e-commerce enterprises, regard the B2C e-commerce logistics distribution center location and logistics process as the research object, it has studied the application of value engineering in the B2C electronic commerce enterprise.First of all, this paper has defined the function of the logistics distribution center location, it has used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of function of distribution center location, it has analyzed the cost and value, finally, the paper optimized the plan of site selection for each distribution center, it has presented some Suggestions for optimization.Second, this article has introduced the specific methods of the value engineering applications in B2C e-commerce enterprise logistics distribution process, it has introduced the present situation and problems of B2C e-commerce logistics distribution, it has made a value analysis of the distribution process, this paper has put forward some improvement scheme.In the end, this article has studied the practical case, it has confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of value engineering in B2C e-commerce logistics distribution, it has extended the application range of value engineering, this article has provided certain reference for B2C e-commerce enterprises to improve logistics distribution services. |
