Spatial-Temporal Evolution Of Urbanization Quality And Its Driving System Analysis

Since the reform and open policy, the urbanization of our country has got into a period of rapid development. The proportion of the urban population increased and the scale of urban expanded. The development of urbanization should not only be the increased proportion of urban population, also the both advancement of quantity and quality. The research of urbanization quality has become a new hot spot. At the same time, the urbanization development pattern varies from place to place, the development path of urbanization quality also follow its rules. Economic, social and environmental developments are the core marks and key points to enhance of urbanization quality. Therefore, the three driving factors of urbanization quality and the balance of these factors reflect the development process of urbanization quality; also indicate its future trend. It has become the new research and practice directions for urbanization quality. This article takes Anhui province as an example, evaluates the "past","present" and "future" of urbanization quality. This research makes a new attempt for the urbanization quality theory, and provides reference and basis for determing the reasonable policy.This article establishes an evaluation index system of urbanization quality from the level of urbanization, economic, social and ecological aspects. Each city of Anhui Province is evaluated in2000,2004,2007and2010respectively. The result shows that the development of urbanization quality in Maanshan, Wuhu, Tongling and capital Hefei is better; the overall score of Southern Anhui is better than Central and Northern Anhui. Then factor contribution rate and coupling degree are used to analyze the internal driving force. First using the factor contribution rate analysis the contribution of urbanization, economic, social, environment factors to the quality of urbanization rate; secondly analysis the coupling coordination degree of four factors to the stable of system. The result shows that the factors driving force and system coordination degree presents overall upward trend, and the entire power system of cities of Maanshan, Wuhu, Tongling, Hefei, Huaibei, Huainan, Huangshan are superior to the other cities. The development of urbanization quality is from the economic driving type to all aspects promotion type.
