As an innovation of technology and knowledge,science and technology Parkcould maximize the achievements of technological innovations into profits, is nowbecoming a new point of economic growth, which is also the key to remainingcompetitive. The development of the science and technology park in our country hasscored great achievements,but there is still a series of problem. On one hand,theenterprise cultivation of science and technology park is imperfect, which leads to theuncertainty of the resources sharing schema between the enterprises. On the otherhand, the development model of science and technology park is unclear, there arestill many problems on industrial structure, or problems on the capacity and themotivation for innovation.Based on the analysis above, this paper starts from the visual angle ofecosystem, and connects the theory of ecosystem to the research of science andtechnology park.In this paper enterprises are regarded as the members ofecosystem,so that the cultivation and development of the science and technologypark must following the principle of ecosystem, which makes the research focus onco-evolution of enterprises. In the meantime, define the science and technology parkas an ecosystem could make the research more comprehensive and systematic,which provides a novel way for theoretical research on the development of scienceand technology park.First, this paper constructs a science and technology park ecosystem model,based on the theory of science and technology park and the analysis of enterprise 1ecosystem. It considers that science and technology park ecosystem is composed ofliving system and life support system.Then, according to the science and technology park ecosystem modelconstructed above,the article emphasize on the cultivation of the science andtechnology park enterprises based on the theory of co-evolution, and thedevelopment model of science and technology park is also researched based on theevolution of ecosystem. The main results are as follows:(1)The cultivation of the science and technology park enterprises issubstantially equivalent to the co-evolution of enterprises in science and technologypark ecosystem,which can be promoted as the following steps:①To distinguish theenterprises with homogeneity and heterogeneity based on their ecological niche;②For homogeneous enterprise,the main way to achieve co-evolution is competition,and the niche separation and regeneration is essential to keep the healthycompetition;③For heterogeneous enterprise, the main way to achieve co-evolutionis cooperation. Which should have a clear object, a definite pattern and a goodcircumstance to keep a stable symbiotic relationship between the enterprises.(2)To drive the rapid development of science and technology park, and tofacilitate the upward evolution of science and technology park ecosystem,theremust be an innovation-led development model:①To provide technical andfinancial support to encourage technique creativities;②Make the development ofleading industries drive the development of emerging industries;③The positionturns from scientific institutions to enterprises as the main body of technologicalinnovation;④The innovation of organizational structure and management.At last,according to the conclusions above,Changchun High-tech IndustrialDevelopment Zone is analyzed a case study. This paper suggests that thecompetitions of homogeneous enterprise in Changchun High-tech IndustrialDevelopment Zone are healthy and effective,and the cooperation of heterogeneous enterprise are mostly contributed by the government, which means the symbioticmechanism is imperfect. This article consider that the development of ChangchunHigh-tech Industrial Development Zone ecosystem is in the period of maturity,and the leading industries are in good development condition. Somecountermeasures and suggestions aiming to enhance the development of ChangchunHigh-tech Industrial Development Zone are also proposed based on the analyses.
