Abstract/Summary:
Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in the United States in2008, itsinfluence has spread to the world, also to the Northeast Asian countries. NortheastAsia as an economy, economic relations between the countries are very close,regardless of which country is hit, it will affect his country’s economic security,financial security in Northeast Asia faces serious challenges. Finance as an importantfactor for a country’s economic prosperity, if financial security is facing thechallenge of the crisis the country’s economic security will also facing threats. Theturmoil of financial is bound to affect the economic and social stability.Northeast Asia as politically sensitive areas, to maintain social peace andstability is particularly important. Financial security problem is not only the problemof the financial industry, but also a strategic issue involving national interests andsecurity of Northeast Asia as a whole. Therefore, to study the financial securityissues in Northeast Asia has practical significance. This article focuses on thefinancial security of Northeast Asia to establish a system of warning indicators, inuse of the2006-2009data to study the change before and after the crisis, thensummarized and concluded.In the first chapter, the article briefly introduced the background andsignificance, and has a simple comb on domestic and foreign scholars in relatedfields. Above draw on the results of previous studies proposed a unique perspectiveon innovative research, and through the establishment of early warning model forsafety assessment.The second chapter describes the transmission channels of the financial crisis.Mainly analyzes the path of the international spread of the financial crisis in2008,that is how crisis transmitted by the United States to China Japan and South Korea. Summarized crisis transmission channels and combined with the currentinternational financial trends, get the conclusion that the crisis is spread throughtrade transmission channels and financial transmission channels, this chapter focuseson the two transmission channels. For the spread of the financial crisis between thedomain countries, this chapter did not make the introduction. Another study of thischapter provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of early warning indicatorssystem.Far-reaching impact of the international financial crisis of2008, the thirdchapter mainly describe the impact of the financial crisis on Northeast Asia bysub-category study. In response to the impact of the crisis, the third chapter has adetailed introduction about the effect from capital flows, the stock market, bankingand exchange rate.Chapter four mainly in-depth study the measures that Northeast Asian countriesin response to the crisis have carried out. From national monetary policy, interest ratepolicy, exchange rate policy and financial regulation change, in-depth study anddetailed discussion of the significance of the changes in financial policy to maintainthe financial security of Northeast Asia. Also provides a reference standard for thefinal chapter’s model.In the last chapter of the article, the article draws on the basis of previousstudies, establish financial security early warning indicator system, and for furtherscreening about the practicality of the index system, this chapter use Chinese historydata.the final selection in line with early warning indicators of financial security innortheast Asia. The use of the indicators and historical data for Japan and SouthKorea to assess the situation before the outbreak of the financial crisis in the threecountries, and comparative analysis of the three indicators data trends to identify thecommon about three countries before the crisis, and then concluded.
