A Research On Risk Early Warning Index System Of JF Company

Along with the numerous complicated changes of external environment and thecontinuous development of enterprises themself, they are facing more and more risk. Inorder to real-time monitor own risk and prevent great losses caused by risk exposure,enterprises urgently need to establish a risk early warning index system as the core ofrisk early warning system. To meet the "compliance" requirements of relevant laws andregulations and its own strategic development needs, JF Company pioneered toimplement risk early warning project. To establish a risk early warning index systemwhich based on the idea of enterprise-wide risk management is the most basic andimportant link in the building of risk early warning system of JF Company. This papermakes a deep research on this subject.In the problem analysis phase, this paper probes into the basic framework, buildingprinciples and thoughts of risk early warning index system of JF Company. Including:the basic framework defined in the perspective of system and reflecting the riskcombination and attributes is the logic starting point of problems analysis, the buildingprinciple based on the concept of enterprise-wide risk management is the logicaldirection of problem analysis, and the building thoughts put forward on the basis of riskfactor analysis and enterprise-wide risk management process is the logical path fromlogic starting point to logical direction.Combining with above logical analysis, then this paper introduced the design andapplication research on risk early warning index system of JF Company. JF Companyfinally designed two groups of risk early warning indexes on the operating level and theoverall level. The risk early warning indexes on the operating level include quantitativedecision-class and business-class risk early warning indexes and qualitative event-classrisk early warning indexes. Application research briefly introduced the early warningprocess of all kinds of risk early warning indexes, the management responsibility ofdata-provided, risk-response and coordination departments, and the informationrequirements of risk early warning index system.This research on risk early warning index system of JF Company combined with the idea of enterprise-wide risk management, not only laid the theoretical foundation ofenterprise risk early warning index system study, widen the vision of enterprise riskearly warning study, and enrich the achievements of literature in enterprise internalcontrol and risk management research field, but also provides each big enterprise andregulators important support to practice risk early warning or formulate relevant laws,regulations and guides.
