Nowadays, under the socialist market economic system, fundamental changes havetaken place in the relation between market supply and demand, which basically completedthe transformation from seller’s market to buyer market, and gradually formed consumers’dominant role in the economic activity. As a result, consumers pay more attention to thequality and quantity of services during the process of obtaining and consuming products.Undoubtedly, among those attentions, after-sale service is a major concern. That is tosay, the quality of after-sale service will become a vital factor to decide the fate of anenterprise. Moreover, it is the process of logistics management in after-sale service thatdetermines the quality, so the optimization of the logistics management process is veryrealistic. This thesis mainly focuses on the after-sale service logistics management ofMitsubishi electric discharge machine. By analyzing the existing problems in managementprocess and summarizing the corresponding optimal process plan, this passage aims atimproving the quality of its after-sale service. Based on the currant after-sales service qualityof Mitsubishi Electric discharge machine, this article analyzes and sums up several processoptimization schemes, and apply them in the practical work. This will lead a greatimprovement in the after-sale service quality and working efficiency. This article studies andrealizes this improvement from the following aspects:First of all, the introduction, mainly talks about the topic background, purposes andsignificance of study, and the present situation of the after-sale service logistics managementof Mitsubishi Electric discharge machine. By grasping the enterprise present situation from amacro perspective, this passage analyzes its practical significance of the after-sale servicelogistics management system.The second chapter is an overview paper on the basis of relevant theories, tells thetheory of logistics management and process optimization in general. At the same time, thispaper introduces the concept of the electronic commerce as well as its relation with thelogistics. For electronic commerce’s widely usage in improving management processrecently, we become more aware of the significance of researching logistics managementprocess optimization.The third chapter is the analysis for the present situation in the Mitsubishi Electric discharge machine after-sale service logistics management process. After a simpleintroduction of company profile, the article points out the existing problems of the companyafter-sale service logistics management process and analyzes the cause in detail.The fourth chapter is about the optimization design for after-sale service logisticsmanagement process. In this chapter, the purpose and target of combining processoptimization, design ideas, and optimization scheme are presented. In optimization scheme,three main aspects which are respectively after-sale services in parts procurement process,the failure parts repair process and electronic system management process, are carried out indesign. Meanwhile, this chapter expounds the supporting conditions of process optimizationdesign.The fifth chapter, which is about the realization of process optimization, generallydemonstrates those following aspects: parts procurement, delivery, inventory rationalizationset, part information sharing, recycling, maintenance and resale.Chapter six is the summary, mainly summarizing prospected improvement after processoptimization and look forward to the future achievement.To sum up, this thesis illustrates several important processes in the Mitsubishi Electricdischarge machine after-sale service logistics management optimization, and optimizessolutions to practice. This study will greatly ameliorate the quality of the discharge machineafter-sale service, and improve the customer satisfaction. At the same time, it can reduce thewaste and losses caused by inefficient after-sale service logistics process in the enterprise,and lay a solid foundation for the product sales in the future.
