Production management is the focus of company,management is an importantway to achieve business objectives.Through the work of the organization ofproduction,in accordance with the requirements of the business goals set technicallyfeasible, economically viable production system, material and technical conditionsand environmental conditions allow; production planning, production controladjust the production process inside and outside the various relationships, timely andeffective manner, the production system operates in accordance with therequirements of the established production plan to achieve the goal of the expectedproduction of variety, quality, production, delivery and production costs.This thesis focus on the company’s production management system of thedomestic paint private enterprises, analysis of nearly six years of orders and actualdeliveries, production targets can not be reached, according to the question whichdeeply analyzed: production cycle is too long, production planning and schedulingwith unreasonable, materials management is not good.Long production cycle isnearly half of the time spent in the made sample,send samples recognized, there is aworkshop production management system is a roll-forward can not be quicklyreflected abnormal production; production planning and scheduling withunreasonable because the paint products before mass production The reason is notsystematic, productive plan of Company D; production planning lack of flexibility,scalability is poor; production management level degree; existing planning process isthe lack of process control and abnormal feedback mechanism. The reasons for thelack of materials management is not timely procurement of materials, often lack of material to be expected; orders batch processing, semi-finished and finished productsstorage and tracking are not in place; materials requisitioned, storage, loss controlmechanism is not perfect.Company D development status of these issues, the in-depth analysis andprogram options. Import JIT system of production systems on time, according to theback pull-demand, quick to promote the production cycle, production goals; throughthe introduction of MRP Ⅱresources management system, optimize themanagement information centralized, analysis, process, thus greatly improve theproduction planning, production control process reasonable and timely feedback;each batch of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, logisticsprogress through the introduction of RFID radio frequency to set up anothertechnology, integrated into a single management platform, the most significantreduction in material delay, loss, issued in a timely manner track materialrequirements to the procurement system, more timely tracking of each materialreceiving and storage work order processing timeliness.MRP Ⅱsystem and JIT system the combination is now rapid development ofapplication of resources system of the main structural framework, and thencombined with RFID radio frequency tracking system of the progress of the processmonitoring function, and ultimately to achieve the optimization of the Company Dproduction management system, which a number of orders-style production,a smalldiversified manufacturing manufacturing enterprises, has a certain typical reference.
