Consideration that the financial center can promote economy todevelop rapidly, now many cities put forward to building a regional financial center, asits strategic objective for the future development of economy. And Jilin province andLiaoning province both are the northeast old industrial base, Liaoning had proposed hetentative idea of building Shenyang as a regional financial center in Northeast china.Because Jilin province’s economy is backward and its financial market is not perfect, soJilin province need to rely on the construction of financial center, to expand the capitalmarket, to improve the construction of the financial markets, and to enhance theeconomic strength of Jilin.
