The outbreak of the financial crisis in2008brutally battered the American’seconomy, in order to solve the unbalanced state of the national economy, Obamaadministration started the "re-industrialization" strategy at the end of2009, designedto boost the local industry, which in turn achieve sustainable and balanced economicdevelopment through the return of the real economy, vigorously develop the domesticmanufacturing sector, export promotion. The implementation of the American’s"re-industrialization" strategy is bound to have a significant impact on thedevelopment of the global economy and the pattern of world trade.Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic development has maderemarkable achievements. The people’s living standard has been greatly improved, thetotal economy has also jumped into the world’s second. However, while China’seconomic develop rapidly, it also brings a series of problems, such as environmentalpollution, excessive consumption of resources, as well as economic growthover-reliance on the market and government investment-led etc. How to maintain the sustainable development of China’s economy is an important issue facing China’seconomic future exhibition.Explore the underlying causes of the shifting of American’s economicdevelopment mode, and this shift will produce what kind of potential impact foremerging economies and developing countries, particularly for China’s economicdevelopment, has a realistic sense of reference and inspiration.The article is based on this background, first expounded the meaning, real termsand background of the introduction of the "re-industrialization" and so on, analyzedpolicy measures, the implementation effect and the development prospect ofAmerican’s "re-industrialization" strategy, combined with its impact and inspirationon China’s economy,pointed several remarks on how China will deal withAmerican’s "re-industrialization" strategy.Domestic scholar’s study on the issue of American’s "re-industrialization"strategy began to heated up since the financial crisis, so the literature in this regardappears more only in recent years. The first part of this paper introduces the researchbackground and significance of the article, and combing the point of view of somedomestic scholars, on this basis, proposed the framework of the thesis of this article.The second part of the article summarized the meaning of the "re-industrialization", analyzed the substance of the implementation of American’s "re-industrialization"strategy and introduced smile curve theory related to industrial development. Thethird part of the article describes the background of the introduction of American’s"re-industrialization" strategy and four goals of the strategy that proposed byAmerican Association of Manufacturers. The fourth part of the article introduced thepolicies and measures of American’s "re-industrialization" strategy, analyzed theimplementation effect of American’s “re-industrialization" strategy by using relevanteconomic date in recent years. The fifth part of the article describes the developmentprospects of American’s "re-industrialization" strategy, especially introduced"re-industrialization" strategy implemented by the United States in order to deal withthe financial crisis to the real economy regression will produce what kind ofadvantages and difficulties as well as what kind of impacts on the world economydivided into three parts. The last part of the article analyzed the impact of American’s"re-industrialization" strategy on China’s economy, showed that the United Status’sreturn to the real economy gave opportunities for China’s economic developmentwhile also posed some challenges, then put forward several measures to Chinacombined with implications for China.
