Research On Ecological And Energy-Saving Design Of Tourism Resort

With the progress of society and the rapid development of tourism, leisure tourism is becoming more prevalent. The time used to travel is becoming more and more. The number of tourist is becoming larger. What’s more, tourism is no longer confined to sightseeing. People’s choice of experiencing all kinds of tourism resorts is becoming popular.The significance of this study is to investigate how to realize the ecological and energy-saving goal in tourism resort. And the result is considered to provide a reference for future research, and to be used as some suggestion for tourism project development. As well, it’s written to wake up the idea to understand the importance of ecological and energy-saving design rather than the only target to pursuit economic benefits in tourism resort development. And ultimately, it contributes to promote the sustainable development of tourism and architecture.The research is carried out by using some methods, such as the method of literature review, questionnaire survey, empirical analysis, and comparison analysis of experimental data. The empirical analysis is based on Qinhuangdao BINHAISENLIN Hotel. Qinhuangdao BINHAISENLIN Hotel is taken to be an example to summarize some key points about ecological and energy-saving technologies.In the context of the rapid development of the tourism resort, this article focus on the ecological and energy-saving design based on protection of environment authenticity. By inspection of large numbers of literature, this article absorbs their excellent perspectives, integrates and summarizes their views. And at the same time, it takes the trends and development of tourism into consideration to make some innovation.The main content of this paper includes several aspects:the development of eco-tourism and green building, the six major areas of ecological and energy-saving in tourism resort, the key technologies of tourism resort, and the empirical analysis about Qinhuangdao BINHAISENLIN Hotel. The Empirical analysis of Qinhuangdao BINHAISENLIN Hotel is the core content in this article. By participation on the design of wooden structure building and the engineering management, the article studies the properties of the energy-saving materials and summarizes the application of the new technologies. The main conclusions of this study:the ecological and energy-saving tourism resort should adopt a comprehensive integration technology. Many areas can use energy-saving materials and energy-saving technologies to achieve the goal of environmental protection, including how to choice the tourism resort site, how to use natural resources effectively, how to refine the structure of building, how to save water resources and realize recycling. In addition, during the operational phase of the tourism resort, we can use intelligent control systems, energy-saving office management, as well as rubbish disposal measures, and do cooperation to realize the ecological and energy-saving goal. The use of complementary advantages between the ecological tourism resort and green building based on the building life cycle perspective will improve the ecological and energy-saving effect, and finally form an ecological and energy-saving system to realize the ecological and energy-saving target in tourism resort.
