Study On The Problems And Solution To The Pension Problem Of Rural China In The Primary Stage Of Socialism

The problem of rural old-age security in the primary stage of socialism in China was directed by Marx, Engels and Lenin’s thought of social security. The paper sorted out the theoretical source of China’s rural old-age problem by summarizing Marx, Engels and Lenin’s thought of social security, analyzing Mao Zedong’s thought of rural old-age security in the process of Chinese Marxism and discussing the new thought of rural endowment in the primary stage of socialism in China, and sorted out the historical evolution of the rural old-age security in ChinaThe pension problem influences the society and country deeply. Researching on the present rural old-age support problem has a positive guiding significance for building effective social security system, and also be conducive to build harmonious society in China. There will be different situation depending on different countries as the pension problem is an international issue. Analyzing the current three kinds of main international endowment insurance (the social insurance, welfare insurance and deposit insurance) would have positive significance to the social endowment of our country rural areas.The pension problem of China’s rural areas is complex and imminent. On the base of anglicizing the current pension situation and problems in China’s rural area, the article put forward that our country rural pension should adhere to the status of family pension as the center mode, put the social endowment as a basic guarantee, and make the community endowment a center part at the next stage, basing on the present and looking to the future.
