In The Development Of County Economy Enterprise Behavior Patterns Change

The county economy is of the foundamental position in our national economy and is the basic unit of the national economy.As the the microeconomic entities of county economy, county enterprises’ activities have played a very important role.As economic entities, enterprises’ activities must be occurred in some institutional environment. The development environment constructed by spaces of external and internal systems is the corporates’ support, institution changes and space changes will impact county businesses behavior, thereby the original enterprise behavior trajectory changed, gradually formed a new behavioral characteristics in the new development environment. The purpose of this study is to observe the county enterprise placed in different institutional environment, analysis which change occurs in a different environment and whether it has a law.This study divides the development environment since the founding of China into three phases, respectively, is the closed phase closed by the spatial extent (containing a double closed stage with institutional and space closed and a single closed stage with institution transformation and space closed), limited opening stage with institutional open and space partial opening stage (domestic market opening), the open stage with the institutional open and space completely open (open markets).Different stages have the different qualifications of the space and institution. Analysize the behavior change process in different qualifications and summarize the law of behvior change, it may has both the theoretical and practical significance.On the base of the law of county corporate behavior changes, we select the typical county to collect data, and empirically analysis the county business behavior changes impacting the county economic development.To choose typiclly, taking into account the uneven development of Jiangsu’s County, developed the county and underdeveloped county coexist, so this article select each county in the South, middle and northern region:Jiangyin, Yizheng and Shu Yang, as typical counties of China.This article selects the county industrial output value, the total profits and taxes, the county’s total fixed asset investment and foreign direct investment and other indicators to represent the county of production capacity, profitability, investment and financing, select the county’s gross domestic product (GDP) as an indicator of the level of economic development of the county.And analysis three county indicators in graphical trend, found a trend association between county enterprise economic capacity and the county economic development;On this basis, further regression analysis is to accurately come to county enterprises of various economic indicators impact on the county level of economic development.The final conclusion is the affect the county economic activities of enterprises on economic development of this county,economic indicators of enterprises and county economic development are positively correlated. This explains the behavior change process of the county in different systems and space conditions promote the rapid development of county economy.
