The article is divided into six parts, first described the background and content of the papers, the research purpose and significance of research methods and ideas; Secondly, the research base of the article discussed, including the relevant concepts, literature review and four related theory; clarify Lixiahe regional wetland tourism resources of the type and distribution situation, analysis of the the region wetland eco-tourism development potential and asked the currently urgent need to solve the many problems; then contact the actual situation asked the in the area of wetland eco-tourism development principle, this development objectives, based on the tourism market, tourism image positioning, through data analysis and site visits, use the point-axis system theory, form the "five core area"and the "three blocks "space development layout, and fully tap the wetlands with Lixiahe characteristics of tourism resources and all kinds of cultural tourism resources, Plate within the tourism resources of the wetlands with a variety of other tourist resources linked to the development and strengthening regional cooperation, to enhance the overall competitiveness of the Lixia River region.In addition to the proposed development of the necessary safeguards,to make them the better development.
