| Wetland tourism in recent years began to walk into people’s horizons, It appeared a lot of wetland tourism projects across the country. The domestic and foreign research on wetland is becoming more and more famous. At present, the interdisciplinary research focus on effective use and development of wetland resources, protect and restore wetland function, or to reduce the destruction of wetland ecosystem as much as possible, to maintain the fragile ecological system, etc. But with the continuous development of tourism, the wetland tourism resources were destroyed to a great extent, once the destruction of wetland ecological environment destroyed, it is difficult to recover in a short time, and will bring a devastating blow to tourism. In this paper, through the thorough investigation and on the basis of widely collecting relevant data, It uses the method of investigation, analytic hierarchy process (ahp), Delphi method, tourism research methods such as chart method. Through the evaluation of tourism resources, development of Hulanhekou wetland research, It aimed at giving strategies for the development and utilization of the Hulanhekou estuarine wetland on the basis of Hulanhekou wetland tourism resources evaluation.(1)It respectively introduces Hulanhekou wetland’s geographical environment, historical evolution, Hulanhekou wetland socioeconomic status and Hulanhekou wetland’s tourism resources. It carries on the qualitative evaluation on Hulanhekou wetland tourism resources by the method of "336".(2)Constructing Hulanhekou wetland tourism resources evaluation index system. According to the theory of sustainable development of wetland tourism resources and PSR model, and based on the principle of index selection, combining with the relevant research to build the Hulanhekou wetland tourism resources evaluation index system. three levels of system:the target layer, criterion layer and index layer. Criterion layer includes three aspects: the state of wetland resources, tourism resources status, security management. Index layer selected 17 indexes. Using Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to determine the weight of each index.(3)Using Hulanhekou wetland tourism resources evaluation index systemthe to evaluate the Hulanhekou wetland tourism resources. It is concluded that the Hulanhekou wetland tourism resources are in a sustainable state, and poor tourism resources status indicators, security management still need to strengthen.
