The Research For VLEA Partner Selection Based On The Logistics Value Chain

Based on the logistics value chain，virtual logistics enterprise alliances(VLEA)thatis highly dependent on the information platform is a kind of new logistics mode. Thispaper have discussed the VLEA, VLEA partner selection and some relevant content,according to the features agility, temporary, dynamic and open, from the angle oflogistics concept, information infrastructure, policy environment, personnel and otheraspects, it is mainly studied that partner selection in details, have provided a goodreference especially for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in the marketexpansion and development. First, it is simply introduced the related concepts ofVLEA,VLEA value chain, partners.Then from the partner selection principle and theprinciple of partner selection indexes,seek ways and classification of partners arediscussed, and the basic rules of partner selection have been described. Partner selectionbasing on alliance competitiveness sponsored by core corporation, it could sequentiallyqualitative consider and filter candidate enterprises from the angle of extensibility, valueof contributions and Not imitative of enterprise core-competitiveness. The corecorporation selects the final partners using the experts scoring method by evaluating aseries of targets such as Information level, agility and so on. In addition, there is asimple study for VLEA risk prevention, from the angle of risk causes, risk types,characteristics, prevention and control, in order to effectively avoid the risk of partnerselection, which can make VLEA operate better. Finally, using a case carried outempirical analysis.In this paper, using methods such as index evaluation method, expert analysis, caseanalysis, and combining with the related management principles to explain and choosepartners.
