On the base of analyzing the situation of ourcountry and comprehending advanced experiences of developed countries, construction wastedisposition takes the industrialization road in the way of concession, it is now has become focusof attention. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and realistic significance to take the discussion ofexploring the industrialization in the way of concession in our country in order to completelysolve the problems.The paper defines the concept of the construction waste at first, analyses current situation ofthe development of the construction waste disposition and existing disadvantages. The conceptsof construction waste disposition industry and industrialization are drawn by the general conceptof industry. On the analysis of the connotation of construction waste disposition industrialization,estimating and calculating the number of construction waste quantitatively according to theclassification of the construction waste. Doing this can help to make manage construction wasteplaned. In determining the influencing factors of the number of construction waste productionand its linear relationship between them, calculating the number of construction waste in futurewith multiple linear regression model according to the researchable data. Through the analysis ofinfluencing factors regarding to the construction waste disposition industrialization, we can drawthe conclusion that adopting concession is the best choice for the construction waste dispositionindustrialization in our country.Now that concession is determined, the next importance is to explain the problems involvedin detail, including the general concept of concession, classification of concession, the feasibilityof concession of construction waste disposition, terminologies used commonly, the connation,meaning, target and principle of concession. Through the comparative analysis of thecharacteristics of BOT and TOT, BOT is determined that concession of construction wastedisposition should adopt. At the same time, the paper analyzes the problems and constructs aseries of perspectives and suggestions according to the existing problems in detail when BOT isadopted. The last part of the paper focuses on the choice of the franchisee, the supervision of theconcession right, the determination and adjustment of construction waste dispositional price, riskprevention and other key issues. In conclusion, construction waste is not completely in the sense of garbage. Concession ofconstruction waste disposition is suitable for China’s national conditions, therefore, it can realizethe industrialization of the construction waste disposition. By doing this, a series of constructionwaste disposal problems can be solved fundamentally.
