During background description, the reasons and urgency of project management are analyzed for company new products introduction. Then base on Vantage bill acceptance project, project launch, requirement analysis, Organizational structure, WBS, project and control plans as well as the project pilot run, change and project mass production have been in-depth researched. The thesis expounded how to use of project management methods to make proper project plan, how to control project to effective new products introduction. At last, final conclusion is made based on the research and also give further research suggestion.
