With the rapid development of global financial in21century,Financial institutions will further seek breakthrough,continuously introduce new products and services,realize electronic network operation,and move toward business cross and function diversity.The same time,the financial needs of domestic consumers,showing the diversity and complexity of the situation,bank products increasingly fierce competition.So objectively need financial institutions accelerate the transformation of the product and service,improve its change management.In reality.many financial institutions in the time of change,tend to invest more effort in strategic plan,restructuring,business integration and other fields,but often ignore the feelings of the employees in an organization,always to conflict or crisis happens,just to look for the solution.As the spokesperson of the change,employees can be a driving force or resistance of change,during the change,if the enterprises do not have timely and appropriate communication with employees,then due to asymmetric information, psychological distress or negative emotions that may lead to harm organization’s performance of behaviors,such as job burnout.deterioration of quality of services,quit,etc.So change intention of the employees deserve to be concerned,and it can be said that it’s the key to the success of the change.In this study.the transformation instance of Anhui Rural Credit Union developed the online banking market as research background,the study focused on the general employees of the Anhui Rural Credit Union,explored the relationship among organizational communicate satisfaction,resistance to change of tendency and change intention.First of all,we based on extensive literatures review to construct the research model,and put forward hypotheses;Next,interview employees of the Anhui Rural Credit Union in order to deeply understand the change of Anhui Rural Credit Union,provide the reference and support for the questionnaire design,then by questionnaires to obtain research data in HuoShan county,FeiDong county,FeiXi county,DangShan county,Chaohu and other regions,totally,we received197valid questionnaires;Later,we used spss19.0statistical software for the model variable reliability and validity analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,regression analysis and difference analysis to test and verify hypothesis,and drawn the research conclusions.This study was obtained that during Anhui Rural Credit Union developed the online banking market:Firstly,organizational communication satisfaction significant positive correlation with supportive intention to change of general employees.and significant negative correlation with resistant intention to change: Secondly,dimensions of organizational communication satisfaction significantly affect change intention.respectively.supportive intention to change mainly affected by satisfaction of communication climate,organizational integrate information communication,horizontal communication and vertical communication.Resistant intention to change mainly affected by the satisfaction of vertical communication,organizational integrate information communication,informal communication,communication climate;Thirdly,resistance to change of tendency has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between organizational communication satisfaction and resistant intention to change,the moderating effect is mainly reflected in the relations between the satisfaction of vertical communication,organizational integrate information communication and resistant intention to change;Fourthly,individual characteristics variables have differences impact on each research variables.Finally,based on the theory and analysis of questionnaire data,I made some suggestions to Anhui Rural Credit Union.The aim of this study is to enhance change management level of Anhui Rural Credit Union and promote the success of change.
