Incubators’economic and social benefits have got social recognition and attracted many scholars’attention. From the existing literatures, no matter research on the incubator organization structure, factors which influence incubation behavior or incubator inner mechanism of the operation, how to improve the incubation performance is common foothold, Sean m. Hackett, David m. Dilts (2004) find that the core content of all literatures focus on incubation performance is "how incubation behavior of incubators influence incubation enterprises’survival". However, most existing research only focus on the perspectives of incubator to analysis that how to improve incubation performance through improving the management of the incubators, but ignore incubation enterprises’effect which as incubation object in the incubation performance, namely in the same incubation environment, how incubation enterprises’difference affect incubation performance? Therefore, this paper, from the perspective of the incubation enterprise, through "opportunity orientation" and "resource orientation" two strategic concept to divide the entrepreneurial motivation of the enterprise, and puts forward the opportunity entrepreneurial orientation and resources entrepreneurial orientation, and studies how the incubators’network resources effect incubation enterprises’performance with different entrepreneurial orientation?Based on this, We handed out and gain231questionnaires from Dalian national high and new technology industries incubator park, and through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to examine the collection of data, and constructs structure equation model in two business guide for intervening variable, use Amos software test the structural equation model to fitting, and verify the relationship between network resources and incubation performance, and different business orientations’ mediating role. This paper mainly draw the following conclusion:(1)According to the different incubation motivation, incubated enterprises’ entrepreneurial orientation can be divided into opportunity type and resources type, and most incubated enterprises have the two all, just different in strength.(2)Network resources have significantly positive influence to the entrepreneurial orientation, this shows rich network resources can improve incubated enterprises’entrepreneurial orientation.(3) Network resources have significantly positive influence to incubated enterprises’performance, and this shows that the incubators’network resources can promote the incubation performance.(4)Entrepreneurial orientation plays a part in mediating role in the relationship between network resources and in hatch enterprise performance. This shows that the incubated enterprises with strong entrepreneurial orientation will show better performance.(5)This paper finally got a model of two kinds of entrepreneurial orientation performance difference in different network resources conditions, this model has the theoretical and practical value in analyzing the compatibility in innovation environment and business oriented and guide the incubated enterprises’practice.This paper, from the angle of incubated enterprises to research incubation performance, and make up for the deficiency of previous research, and further the related research incubation of the performance, the article put forward the model has great practical significance. This research still has limitations:on the one hand, data sources relatively single, there may be exist typicality and data homology problem; on the other hand the definition of universality, two kinds of entrepreneurial orientation division of opportunity type and resources type is likely to ignore the more complex incubation motivation, and does not take into account of two kinds of entrepreneurial motivation concept intersection and mutual conversion conditions in the specific environment. |
