As the important branch of Fujian clothing, Quanzhou sport brands develop steadily,and the amazing speed of its development arouse the scholar’s attention and research. However,most of the studies only confined on their marketing strategies,but not the other operations. Although marketing is an important part of the brand operation, it can not substitute for all of the brand activities, a successful brand must combine with design and operation, what can not be separated from each other,to ensure the brand develop steadily.This paper based on the theories and practices, use the documentation, investigation, case study, data, cross-over studies, and positive analysis. Select Anta,361°,Peak as the typical cases of Quanzhou sport brands, study on them by investigation (including interview the internal and stores research), questionnaire survey, network data, and statistics.Once a study separates fashion design and operation from each other, the research result would be limitation and one-sided. Therefore, this study put the fashion design as the study key point, and analyzes the operation of which is the successful cases in Quanzhou sport brands. Take a comprehensive objectively and in-depth study about the success and disadvantages of Quanzhou sport brands’successful cases.In this study, take the empirical analysis between product sales and advertising and promotion cost, staff costs and design costs. The result from SPSS software, show that the design input to the role of product sales is the largest, and verify that the design act an important significance. And also take a research about the the Quanzhou sport brands’present situations.This study lays emphasis on the fashion design of Quanzhou sport brands successful cases, including their combined commodities,fashion design, clothing performance quality. Emphasized on the design, fabric, color and design elements, summarize the rules, and points out the defects. Due to the the inseparable relationship of design and operation, clothing design needs corresponding brand operation as a support and guidance, therefore, this study alsl research the successful case of brand operation, including the CIS, production controls, marketing strategies, and sales networks.base on the above studies, establish a suitable operation model and design model for Quanzhou sport brands, and also provide a feasible design plan, which is both theoretical guidance and practical application significance.
