Reseach On The Construction Of Regional ECO-industrial Chain Based On The Circulation Economy

Since the reforming and opening, our country has made tremendous strides on theeconomic development and whole social progress. But, the problems such asenvironment pollution, ecological damage and resource shortage are becoming thebottleneck of further economic development. At this moment, our country isexperiencing the historic transition period about institution transition, style changesand structural adjustment, different regions are facing the unprecedented challengesand opportunities. The development of Circulation Economy is the need of sustainabledevelopment, and the Eco-Industrial Chain (EIC) is the effective way to developCirculation Economy. Both central government and Qingdao municipal governmentpoint out in the twelfth “five-year plan” of that we should develop CirculationEconomy and Construct EIC with great effort. Under such kind of situation, theresearch on the constructing of Regional EIC is the important content to developCirculation Economy and realize the sustainable development. Furthermore, thestability of EIC is the key to the success of Circulation Economy.On the base of reading mass references and review of EIC research both homeand abroad, this paper introduce the basic definition about EIC and its stability, andexplain the four operational mode of EIC and its stability which advise the solidtheory bases for the whole research. Then, the paper proposes the constructing wayand stability assessment model of EIC by the international and domestic successfulexperience. At last, the EIC stability assessment model is used to make a quantitativeand qualitative analyses of stability of EIC in Qingdao, through which conclude thatstability of EIC in Qingdao is at so-so level. So according to the assessment result,the paper presents a improved scheme and some suggestions which can enhance theEIC stability.
