With the development trend of the world holiday travel, the demand of the public on holiday tour is becoming more and more vigorous increasingly. By the1960s, the holiday travel has become a popular way to travel around the world. At the same time, the mountainous resort is appealing to more and more tourists, and mountain tourists have also occupied a large proportion of the holiday tourists groups. The article takes Zhang Jiajie in Hunan Province for example. The author has finished the Measuring Scale of Holiday Environment Preference on the premise of extracting holiday environmental factors by reading a lot of related literature. Then use confirmatory factor analysis to explore composing dimensions of holiday environment, cluster analysis to determine mountain tourist groups of the different preferences of holiday environment, and variance analysis to research the differences in environmental preferences of the different demographic mountain tourists and holiday behavioral characteristics of different mountain-tourist group with different environmental preferences. The study has found that there are six dimensions of the holiday environment, including functionality, safety&convenience, harmony with nature, beauty of landscape, comfort of climate, and grandeur of scene. The group of mountain tourists is typed as Strong Holiday Environment Preference mountain tourist and General Holiday Environmental Preference mountain tourist. Analysis of variance has showed that there are significant differences in functionality among mountain tourists with different gender, education level, occupation, household income, family life cycle; there are significant differences in comfort of climate among mountain tourists with different gender, age, education level, occupation, household income, family life cycle; there are significant differences in harmony with nature, beauty of landscape, grandeur of scene among mountain tourists with different gender, education level, household income; there are significant differences in "best holiday time","times of greater-than-equal2-day holiday during last year" among groups of mountain tourist with different holiday environment preference, instead of "possible holiday cost","access to information"...
