Mountain Forest Park is an integrated zone, where mountain is the major tourism resources and constitutive elements. This type of Forest Park composes a large proportion among Forest Parks in China. Because of the specific constitutive elements of Mountain Forest Park, its tourist environment carrying capacity is generally very low. Consequently, it is very important to forecast and monitor its TECC, and the decline degree in resource quality caused by the over many tourists and the over-exploitation of forest resource. Also, this has become a hot research area in the academic community.The thesis makes analyze of materials of TECC from domestic and abroad, makes research of consistence of TECC, and the very factors, which foster an index system of TECC of Mountain Forest Park. Make decision of four first indexes, which means Ecological Environmental Carrying Capacity,Room Environmental Carrying Capacity,Facility Environmental Carrying Capacity,Society Environmental Carrying Capacity; ten second indexes, and combining the counting index. Establish a forecasting model of TECC of Mountain Forest Park, and make research of the characters,theories and carrying ways of TECC. Take HuNan YunShan Mountain National Forest Park as example, count and analyze of its TECC, get a result that there are 5500p/d,1659100p/y. The TECC of Yun Shan is in the basis of FECC, which means FECC is the main factor, follows as EECC,RECC, and SECC is the largest one. Makes analyze of the account of tourists of YunShan Mountain from time and space, get a result that there is a distance from exception, but there is still a risk of over containing. According to the characteristics of Hunan YunShan Mountain Forest Park, proposed some monitoring methods.To sum up, the general forecasting and monitoring method for tourism environment carrying capacity of Mountain Forest Park has several advantages:it can provide scientific solutions towards environment capacity forecasting and monitoring for Mountain Forest Park Tourism; and it can provide guidelines for designs, developments and constructions; also, it can enhance the natural, ecological, artistic, cultural characteristics, revisit and sustainable development of Mountain Forest Park; at last, it can achieve better ecological benefits, social benefits and economic benefits in the future.
