Study On Technology Innovation Based On Sustainable Development

Since China entered WTO, business sustainable development is always a big and outstanding management topic to business.Peter Druker said, in fact, business managers have to run the business persistently, that is, take creating fortune and achieve financial target as objective. In modern market, lacking of sustainable developing sense is a common business phenomenon. On the basis of consolidation of sustainable developing and traditional technology innovation。First,it do a deep analysis on technology innovation by the view of company history organization chart technology core capability,and technology innovation system.Next, it introduce the technology innovation theory based on sustainable developing, and then talked about3M company innovation development background and improvement strategy.At the end,it illustrate innovation is absolutely different with other business activities, innovation have its special internal quality. To uplift business capability of sustainable innovation, business have to acknowledge innovation by a new creative thinking method with analysis of business self-status and industry background,in order to create a innovative supporting system,to build sustainable developing company like3M.
