With the trend that economic and competitive globalization, many manufactures are facing the pressure from cost increasing, lacking of capacity and resource limitation, this forces every enterprise to rethink about the management method. Many enterprises choose outsourcing to deal with this pressure, not matter domestic outsourcing or overseas outsourcing. Manufacturing outsourcing becomes a good choice of a way to use limited resources more rationally, to significantly improve operating and to focus more on core value business. More and more enterprises take this way to put efforts on the core value business, and to strengthen the core business and improve customer relations.This thesis analyzes the problem ABB Electrical Machines is facing. Through the value chain, supplier chain competence, cost and income, complexity of processes and outsourcing risks research on each manufacturing process, draw the manufacturing outsourcing model and method adopting to ABB company and further verified by AHP method. This research will give guidance to enterprise about how to make successful decision, and then advance the enterprise competition and assure its stable, continually development. Meanwhile, we hope this research will enrich the theoretic research of outsourcing theory. |
