As a new thing, tourism e-business’s development is strongly uncertain. The research on the evaluation of tourism e-commerce model is still in its infancy, of which the content is the function of the site, and the method is lack of standardized evaluation. The research on ev-aluation index system of tourism e-commerce model should be based on a theoretical framew-ork to support.AHP and fuzzy evaluation method is applicable to the problem which is fuzzy, not so clea-r to provide decision-making guidance. Starting from the view of the value chain, this article combined the two and used for the evaluation of tourism e-commerce model, which can solve its uncertainty. So that we can establish the index system systematically. Firstly, we use AHP Analytic Hierarchy Process to build five level indicators and22secondary indicators, and we can get comparison matrix through the Delphi method, by which we can get r the weight valu-es derived for each indicator. Secondly, take the Ctrip and ELong for example, and then use the fuzzy evaluation method to weight calculate through the data of the two companies. Final-ly, score of the two companies came to the conclusion, by which we can make suggestions for the problems faced by the two companies and the corresponding countermeasures.The innovation of this paper is that we add Payment Security, Web UI experience and so on to the establishment of the index system, which can make the evaluation system more com-pletely. The final result of this article is a fuzzy evaluation rather than an accurate evaluation.
