Study On The Strategies Of The Coastal Touirsm Development In The Perspective Of The County Economy

The concept of "county" was first put forward in the16th CPC National Congress, while "to strengthen the county economy" is an important way of building a well-off society in all-round way. To seek the development model of the county characteristic economy has become the primary target due to China’s vast territory and the great gap between the rich and the poor in the counties. The development of county economy demands adjustment of measures based on local conditions, which means the formulation of development strategies must be planned according to the counties’productive forces, the allocation of resources and the policies. China’s coastline is more than32,000kilometers, and the coastal counties are numerous. Although there are rich of the marine resources in these counties, they don’t have the abilities to transfer the resources into the productivity. As an emerging industry, Coastal tourism is an important option for the coastal counties to break through their own restrictions in the process of the expansion. Rapid development of the coastal tourism industry in Jiaonan city, which is the satellite city of Qingdao city, can not only promote the development of various industries, but also adjust the industrial structure in an effective way. In the meanwhile, the coastal tourism industry plays a positive role in promoting the development of county economy.Focusing on the basic principles of the county economy and coastal tourism, this essay has analyzed the necessity as well as the feasibility of the coastal tourism in Jiaonan City. By collecting the data by local survey, the writer analyses and summarizes the development of Jiaonan’s coastal tourism by "SWOT", including the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and then promotes the strategies and proposals to develop the coastal tourism in Jiaonan City. It is considered that costal tourism is a new model to develop county economy. The socialist market economy in China determines that the county economy will be open, which means the county must seek for sustainable development with a healthy competition in the market. For the coastal counties, to vigorously develop coastal tourism is the essential way to improve the county’s economic strength, and achieve the urban and rural harmonious development.
