Problems And Countermeasures Of Urbanization With Chinese Characteristics Under The Sight Of Scientific Outlook On Development

China’s urbanization road problem has been mentioned for many years,theprocess of urbanization has also had a series of problems.The party’s SixteenthNational Congress noted that "the road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,"and" speed up the process of urbanization.This paper first discusses the meaning andclassification of urbanization, urban origins and development of rules and patterns,then expound China’s current situation and problems of urbanization,and thenanalyses the reasons for delay urbanization road. Under The scientific development concept, theideological core of people-oriented, to take an integrated, comprehensive, coordinatedand sustainable development of the method of the kernel, to promote the continuousdevelopment of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, to enhance the quality andlevel of urbanization, the construction of the new economy, new culture, neweco-town mode. The scientific development concept as the oretical basis ofurbanization with Chinese characteristics, we should be in-depth research economicmeasures and political responses, and cultural measures, social measures, ecologicalstrategy to promote the urbanization process in China.The third meeting of the Sixteenth National People’s Congress of the CommunistParty of China insists on people-oriented, and establish a comprehensive, coordinatedand sustainable development, and promote the economic, social and comprehensivedevelopment. By giving "scientific concept of development, everyone will know thatChina’s development should be built in urban and rural, regional co-ordination,economic and social co-ordination, man and nature co-ordination,and domesticdevelopment and opening up co-ordination. This paper discusses the meaning and classification of the urbanization firstly, urban origin and development of rules andpatterns, and then describes the current situation and problems of China’s urbanization,and then analyze the reasons for the lag of urbanization.
