Research On The Development Strategy And Risk Control Of A Company

With the development of economic globalization and China’s urbanization faster process,the increasingly demand for and supply of electricity, the requirements are also getting higherand higher by the public, all of this gives the power equipment manufacturing enterprises arare development opportunities, but also makes the competition among enterprises becomingincreasingly fierce. In the new situation, as one of the A transformer manufacturing companyin the Pearl River Delta, Guangdong Province, it is difficult to rely solely on existingmanagement tools and to maintain existing market share to adapt to the competitive externalenvironment, therefore, how to establish a scientific development strategy which meets theactual needs of Company A’s, has become an important problem to be solved for A Company.In this article, we use modern strategic management theory as a guide, and usingliterature, interviews, questionnaires and expert opinion consulting method to analysis Acompany’s internal resources and capabilities, and macro-business environment, industryconditions, competitive environment, summarize A company’s business opportunities, threats,strengths, weaknesses. Then we propose that A company can select aggressive posture, amodest use of backward integration strategy and horizontal integration strategy, enhancestrategies through policing or expand fields. Finally, we explore a development strategy forthe A’s and the methods to carry out. Including strengthening organizational innovation,implementing of enterprise information technology, fostering corporation culture to supportbusiness strategy, creating a new strategic management model and implementing of strategiccontrol and management.Based on empirical study of the development strategy of A company, this paper isseeking for a method for transformer enterprises to exploit the development strategy of Acompany, which could improving the management level of A company, enriching thetransformer enterprises’ research strategy and achieving the purpose of improving economicperformance. It aims to provide a beneficial reference for the future development oftransformer enterprises.
