Since China’s market economy is not mature, and the related system of employment rights in the absence of regulation, the private sector in the legitimate interests of workers-employees the right to equal work,the rights to equal contract, the rights to labor protection human dignity rights, rest rights,the rights to social security, the rights to wages,overtime compensation received, were to varying degrees and different types of violations.The important cornerstone of building a harmonious society is harmonious labor relations. Characterized by a harmonious society in labor relations is to make workers more dignified work, more safer to produce, more equitable and more secure life.This article attempts to survey case interviews and access to relevant private enterprises form a harmonious labor relations literature,and analysis the main problems and the main cause of the problems of harmonious labor relations of small and medium private enterprises in Zhejiang Province. The private enterprises in Zhejiang Province are seeking to build the final harmonious labor relations strategies or recommendations. Thesis includes the following:The first part, the small and medium private enterprises and harmonious labor relations theory:basic concepts defined; the researching of harmonious labor to private enterprises relations; harmonious labor relations and harmonious social relations; harmonious labor relations and the relationship between small and medium private enterprises.The second part, the results and experiences of harmonious labor relations to private enterprises in Zhejiang:The continue improvement to social security system; continue to promote employment and reemployment; actively protect workers’ legitimate rights and interests; the main building of a harmonious labor relations effectiveness; The experiences of building a harmonious labor relations in Zhejiang.The third part, the genetic analysis of private enterprises in Zhejiang and harmonious labor relations problems and:non-standard work contract, the low social insurance coverage; low staffsalaries and benefits and satisfactions; labo r-intensive work long hours, seriouslyovertime phenomenon; safety and labor protection conditions to be improved; rising cases of labor disputes; unions is difficult to fully play its due role;enough labor security supervision, regulato ry measures in place; harmonious labor relations and the causes of problems.The fourth party,,the advice of building private enterprises in Zhejiang and harmonious labor relations:strengthen corporate culture, and establish a people-oriented concept; actively trying to standards of social responsibility, learn from advanced international experience; improve labor laws and regulations, strengthen labor inspection efforts; government departments,small and medium private enterprises, trade unions and employees at all levels of four together to build small and medium private enterprises labor relations; further improvement to the various social security system; give full play to the role of federations and other business representative organizations.
