China's economy has developed rapidly and private enterprises have contributed greatly.But uncoordinated with economic development is the frequent occurrence of labor conflicts in the non-public domain.In this case,the media,academia,society has been focusing on the exploitative properties of capital,and even the idea that the private sector doesn't have the power to actively promote harmonious labor relations.However,while the external environment is slowly changing,some private enterprises are exploring the way of constructing harmonious labor relations,while the academic circle less studies the development of harmonious labor relations from the enterprise level and the management perspective,and the research on labor relations lacks the analysis of the important subject of management.Single case study is suitable for longitudinal depth exploration and analysis of the mechanism or rule behind complex phenomena.Based on the theory and literature of labor relations coordination,this study selects the "harmonious labor relations demonstration enterprise" BetterPower Battery co.LED,which is a typical case study of this enterprise,and tries to explain it by constructing the th eoretical model of harmonious labor relations.The study finds that the enterprise has have the foundation of harmonious labor relations from the beginning,while it is not to respond to the government's harmonious labor relations policy,but to be influen ced by the characteristics of the founder and the original demand of the sustainable development of the enterprise.With the expansion and transformation of enterprises,the demand for talents is becoming more and more urgent.In the case of the new generation of workers to be the majority of the workers,the labor market shifting to seller's market and the pressures of government policy,in order to deal with the intense rivalry of the talent,the enterprise gradually has to build a harmonious labor relationship as a priority project,including the mechanism of collective negotiation,the labor relations promotion committee and the establishment of a harmonious labor relations system.This series of employee relations initiatives has created a stable workforce.The effect of harmonious labor relationship construction is feedback to the enterprise,thus strengthening the implementation of the system,forming a virtuous circle.Based on this,this study builds a model of the dynamic mechanism of harmonious labor relations in private enterprises,which is based on the entrepreneurial spirit and sustainable development goals as the main source of motivation,with the organizational transformation needs,the new generation management reform and the organizational external labor market changes and the policy factors as the sustained motivation,and finally the harmonious labor relations benefit feedback.This research has made a supplemen t to the management and micro-level operation mechanism of labor relations in private enterprises.The research also enlightens private enterprises and promotes the construction of harmonious labor relations from the perspective of the enterprise sustainable development.
