Study On Logistics Outsourcing Service Provider Selection Of Bulk Commodity Trading Enterprise

With the development of China’s economy, the third-party logistics enterprises play an important role in the competition, but the function can be achieved depends on the ability and the ability of third-party logistics enterprises. Therefore, it is essential for a successful business to choose them appropriately.However, the current system and the selection method is very limited, so it is an urgent need to address the problem, establish an effective evaluation system and model selection of bulk commodities trading businesses to choose the appropriate third-party logistics providers. We design a new system of selecting and evaluating suppliers based on the use of available theories and methods take into account not only the cost of the supplier, quality of service, but also its growing business capacity and capability. In addition, we use the FAHP theory to select the third-party logistics suppliers for the companies, and explain the detailed process by illustrating it with a case. An integrated framework is generally founded. Finally, in the actual case study combined with relevant data to clarify the choice of specific steps and methods, use the model to help enterprises select a suitable logistics outsourcing service provider. Through proven, the use of the model can not only improve the overall enterprise logistics efficiency, but also reduce the unit cost of logistics, thus enhancing the market competitiveness of the bulk commodity trading enterprise.
