Research On The Reformment Of R&d Model Of The Chinese Pharmaceutical Enterprise

Pharmaceutical industry is the typical high-tech industry, which is full of hightechnology, high internationalism, high investment and high reward. It’s alsoassociated with human health, therefore the countries, especially the developedcounties, pay great attention to the R&D of new drug. It is because of the uncertainsurrounding of the pharmaceutical enterprise, complicated demanded of technology,and limited ability of R&D personnel, which makes the R&D of new drug not onlyhaving the feature as the common development projects but also making it specialtywhich is high investment with long period of R&D, high technology with high riskand high demand. It’s not only related with the R&D of the pharmaceutical enterprisesmoothly, but also concerns the enterprise’s growth or decay to taking right selectionof the R&D mode. At present, our country has not formed perfect industry chain ofthe new drug’s R&D which should be guided by market, starting with new drugscreening and ending with going public. So how to reform the R&D mode, whichcould make the enterprise go with tide, catch the opportunity and raise the ability ofR&D, is the practical question for the pharmaceutical enterprises in China.Firstly, the paper gives an overview of the relative theory about R&D mode ofpharmaceutical enterprises, which provides the basis for the study. Secondly, byanalyzing the trend and the reasons of the R&D mode of the international medicineenterprise and its affecting on the China, it would help the Chinese pharmaceuticalenterprise to know how to choose the model of the R&D. Finally, by analyzing thedevelopment conditions of the Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises, the status and thequestions of the R&D Model Selection, we can find the way choosing of thereformation of the R&D model in Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.
