| Since the socialist market economic system has been fully implemented for20years, thenumber of catering enterprises, the scale of services have gained remarkable development inChina. However, due to the food and beverage companies frequently appear in the pursuit ofprofit, seriously neglected its public health responsibility, has led to a certain degree of socialand public health panic, this is not only a negative impact on the development of China’scatering industry, but also the business management of the catering industry seriouschallenges. From catering enterprises and self-discipline point of view, China’s food andbeverage companies ignored the reality of public health, management shortcomings of socialharm Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province,10food and beverage companies, conducted asurvey of case studies, a typical case of domestic media, catering enterprises to fulfill theirpublic health responsibility should start from the self-discipline point of view, according tothe findings, clear food and beverage companies and conscientiously fulfill their public healthresponsibilities, management style, and food and beverage companies to fulfill the basicconditions of public health responsibility, control strategy.The paper is divided into five parts described. The first part is the introduction, the mainobjective of the research background of the public health responsibility of catering enterprises,meaning; the second part is reviewed, summarized the domestic and international food safetyrelated literature and corporate social responsibility theory, and defines the specific definitionof public health;the third part is based on findings on the status of public health responsibilityof catering enterprises in China, catering enterprises can not be the root of self-discipline tofulfill relevant responsibilities; summarize the results of the questionnaire; the fourth sectionthrough the literature and online information. summed up the experience to fulfill theresponsibilities of public health of the market economic system and the implementation of thedeveloped countries of the longer catering enterprises and self-discipline, but also summed upthe self-discipline to fulfill public health responsibilities of corporate social responsibilitymanagement, public health and social supervision experience; the model proposes thatself-discipline to fulfill the responsibility of the public health by analyzing a corporateself-regulation model, its public health responsibilities of self-regulation model of universalpublic health responsibility of catering enterprises in China and recommendations foruniversal access to food and beverage companies in China.In this paper, innovative research methods, Case studies were conducted to fulfill publichealth responsibilities, scientific management mode of self-regulation of the A catering enterprises, conducted a survey of10food and beverage business owners, combined with thetypical case of the media, not only werethe empirical analysis, also conducted a normativeanalysis, and on this basis, the definition of public health responsibilities of cateringenterprises in China, and China’s food and beverage companies, self-discipline specific modeland recommendations for its public health responsibility.Because of the limit on the number of the survey, the survey limits, especially the lack ofa large number of investigations for the catering business customers and, therefore, theproposed research conclusions may be biased. From further study to see to improve thecompetitive environment of China’s market economy, establish food and beverage companiescan generally be recognized by the consumer business philosophy, management models,which have the value of in-depth study. |
