" Customer satisfaction research" is an important research topic in the field of marketing.With the customer satisfaction research is unceasingly thorough, the industry customersatisfaction research has received increasing attention.With China’s rapid economicdevelopment, China ’s automobile industry has continued to mature As the automobile afterservice market consumption is one of the important contents of the automobile cosmetologyindustry aroused extensive concern of scholars. This paper is based on the customer satisfactionof the related theories, combined with China’s automotive beauty industry, to improve theautomobile cosmetology industry customer satisfaction author.his article made reference to domestic and foreign service industry customer satisfactiontheory. Combined with the characteristics of automotive beauty industry, from the quality ofservice, price, store environment, shop location,communication and promotion in five aspects,put forward by the24elements of" automotive beauty industry influence the factors ofcustomer satisfaction system". In this paper, in order to Changchun City Automotive beautyindustry as the research object. Through questionnaire, interview, observation and so on manykinds of research methods, the Changchun City Automotive beauty industry customersatisfaction status is described, and the main problems are pointed out. Such as automobilebeauty market lack of standard, talent shortage, low service efficiency, consumer awareness isnot mature, enterprise management is not standardized.
