The city is a state as the main carrier of modern economic development, but also the regional political, economic, and cultural center. Chinese society is in the process of urbanization among the city will inevitably lead to the development of the city’s brand. In recent years, with the urbanization process and the increasing competition between cities, many Chinese cities have begun to explore the city brand development path, have build their own city brand, city branding to seek ways and means. City brand building, the city has become more competitive, an important way to achieve long-term development.In this context, this brand-building to the city as a starting point and core content, the use of literature analysis, application analysis and comparative analysis of urban brand building depth study of the theory.
