| The feasibility study of Highway tolls revenue projections and other aspects of the construction process of China’s highway network is significance. Highway tolls revenue projections take into account two factors:First, the charging policy, Second, the volume of traffic.Firstly, the paper starts with predictable basis, predict principle, predictors, and prediction methods, analysis and research highway toll revenue forecasting process, identified an important indicator of the highway toll revenue forecasting process and sampledata collection methods.Second, defy the different types of toll roads attribute, analysis of a highway toll price formation mechanism, described the principles and factors to be considered in the road toll pricing, detailed description the toll road pricing; again, introduce the highway weight fees and vehicle fees of the two charges, analysis the highway toll by weight standard mode and standard model charges of scientific soundness and effect. Formulation developed by vehicle charges or weight charges, our country in a given period will be accepted standards to be treated as constants.And then introduce highway tolls revenue forecasting process and analysis principles to be followed in the freeway traffic volume forecasting. Analysis the formation mechanism and influencing factors in the various traffic-depth analysis of four of the highway traffic forecasting methods, and laid the foundation for the toll revenue forecasts.Finally, put the theory into practice, take Chongqing, Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway traffic fee income forecast interpretation and elaboration of this study as an example to analysis.The ultimate purpose of this paper is to study the highway toll revenue forecast process, steps and methods; and strive to further improve highway toll revenue forecasts and toll revenue forecasting results can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the cost of road construction projects estimates, feasibility studies and assessments. |
