Energy is not only the significant foundation for the guarantee of social progress and economic development, but also the factors restricting the development of ecological civilization. The development of energy low-carbonization is of great significance to solving the energy and environmental issues, tackling climate change, optimizing and upgrading the energy structure, promoting energy-saving emission reduction and accelerating transformation of economic growth pattern. The energy low-carbonization revolution has been lifted all over China. With such a major strategic policy, how to choose a scientific and rational energy low-carbonization development path becomes urgent to be solved in front of us.This thesis consists of six sections. In the first section, the studying background and significance, the relevant domestic and foreign literatures summary, the research methods and innovations are introduced. In the second section, the concept of energy low-carbonization are defined. Moreover, related theories are reviewed and analized. In the third section, the necessity, possibility, current situation and problems of the energy low-carbonization development of Jiangxi Province are analized. In the forth section, the gray relational analysis method is employed to find the main factors that cause the carbon emission in Jiangxi. In the fifth section, some experience and practice on the development of energy low-carbonization in the United States, Britain, Germany and other developed countries are introduced so as to provide reference for the development of energy low-carbonization in our country and Jiangxi. In the last section, according to the conclusions of the empirical analysis, the route choice of Jiangxi energy low-carbonization development is pointed out and some policy suggestions are proposed.
