China and the five Central-Asian countries are both agriculture-based economy, and agricultural products trade plays an important role in bilateral economic and trade cooperation. Since the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was founded, bilateral exchanges more frequently, the multilateral trade and economic cooperation summary of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States stipulated explicitly that agriculture was one of the priority directions of economic cooperation, and now it has carried out a number of cooperation in the field of agriculture, bilateral trade volume of agricultural products is also on the rise.By level and structure analysis, the annual agricultural trade between China and the five Central Asian countries, since2005, Chinese agricultural products export surplus. Trade structure mainly concentrates on the second category products-plant product, the first five chapters of agricultural product account for above3/4of total bilateral agricultural trade volume. On the other hand, the trade structure of agricultural product is imbalance, China’s export grows too fast, this will not be conducive to the further development of bilateral trade in agricultural products. As the new trading model, Intra-industry trade has become an important force in promoting economic growth, its proportion in total trade improves and has great significence to optimize the mix of imports and exports, improve efficiency of resource utilization, promote industrial optimization and upgrading. The article applys intra-industry trade indexes such as the G-L index、B index. Thom&Mcdowell index to analyze from static and dunamic aspects the situation of agriculture products of China and the five Central-Asian countries by overall、 country and classification three levels, draws the following conclusions:(1) The level of inlra-industry trade of china and the five Central-Asian counties in agriculture product is low, the situation dominated by inter-industy and supplemented by intra-industy in the short run will not change greatly, but the level of intra-industry still in the slow rise, it accounts for about30%of bilateral agricultural products trade. By county, the level shows various, the inta-industy trade between china and Uzbekistan is highest and grows steady.(2) From the perspective of products, all kinds of products do not have a high level in intra-industry trade, the third category of products only exist in a particular year.03、05、12are the three chapters with the highest level. The G-L index of the Sino-Kazakh trade in agricultural products is the highest, the value of its animal products-the first kind products is evidently higher than than the other three categories. Chapter03-fish, crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates occurres mainly intra-industry trade under this category.(3) Agricultural industrial structure of China and the five Central Asian countries is mainly in the horizontal-industry trade (apart from2009-2010). Howeve, Analysis by country shows vertical intra-industry trade-led trend. In addition, the paper using regression model analyzes the factors which affect the inta-industy trade from country level, concludes that the influencial factors behaves differently in different countries:Differences in market size (DGDP) is major factor for Sino-Kazakh trade and Sino-Ukraine,but effects are opposite:the influence of opening occupies the first place in Sino-Kyrgyz trade; in the sino-Tajikistan trade, difference of per capita income is the most important factor; Market scale (AGDP) is the primary factor to affect sino-urkmenistan trade...
