Study On The Financial Behavior Of Leading Agricultural Enterprises In Jiangxi Province

Jiangxi is a large agricultural province. During the12th Five Year Plan or for a long time, to consider the construction of Ecological Poyang lake Economic Zone as direction, solve Three Rural Issues, speed up the construction of a New Socialist Countryside and cooperate to promote the "New type Industrialization,Urbanization and Agricultural Modernization",which will always be the work priorities in economic and social development for Jiangxi province.In the meantime,to speed up the development and growth of Jiangxi agriculture leading enterprise is the important basis to promote the smooth implement of the works mentioned above.However, the current agriculture leading enterprise’s difficulty in financing has already become an important restrain factor for its development and expansion.How to find out the agriculture leading enterprise financial behavior law in the view of the government and the enterprise itself, so as to solve the agriculture leading enterprise financial problems,which are needed to be solved urgently.This paper is based on the reasons above and with "Study on the Financial Behavior of Leading Agricultural Enterprises in Jiangxi Province" in its tittle. We have visited and interviewed96agriculture leading enterprises widespread in Nanchang, Pingxiang and Jian city and obtain many first.hand data.Firstly, by means of Documentary Research Method,this paper combines the theory foundation reviews of agriculture leading enterprise financing behavior and summarizes the relationship between agriculture leading enterprise financing behavior and capital structure theory, folk financial theory.Secondly,by means of Category Method,the development state and the financing situation or problems are discussed with Jiangxi agriculture leading enterprises. Once more,it adopts Descriptive Statistical Method from Empirical Analysis Method to analysis financing will,demand behavior, channel choice behavior and credit guarantee behavior in Jiangxi agriculture leading enterprise. And then it draws the corresponding briefly conclusion. Finally,this paper introduces Induction and Integration Method and according to the empirical analysis to draw a relevant conclusion.It put forward a construction countermeasures for agriculture leading enterprise financing system in Jiangxi province from two aspects, including strengthen the agriculture leading enterprise’ financing ability construction and promote the improvement of their financing external environment.
