Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Agricultural Technician Extension Behavior Based On The Farmers’ Perspective

Agricultural extension is the key link of the application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, ATM members’extension behavior directly affects the results of extension application of agricultural technology, and also affect the level of agricultural technology and the development of agricultural productivity. Therefore, this study has important theoretical value and practical significance,based on the study of service behavior of the agricultural technician..Based on this questionnaire survey through involvement in promoting behavior of farmers and agricultural Members of the Jiangxi Province Duchang County home projects, agricultural Members to promote the factors which influence their quality of service results. Agricultural technician’s extension behavior are reflected from six indicators, these are the coaching frequency, coaching skills, service attitude, disseminate methods, training frequency. Revealing the factors that are affecting the agricultural technician’s extension behavior and its mechanism in farmers’perspective. Then putting forward some relevant strategic recommendations.This study’s the method is a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research. The main content is divided into six part:The first part contains the brief description of the background, the basis of the topics, research purposes and thinking, data resources.The second part reviews the domestic and international agricultural extension’s development and some related theories, analyzing the research achievements of current agricultural extension behavior and then summarizing it.The third part, further explaining the purpose of this study, establishing the Research direction, building the framework of theoretical and empirical analysis, and setting up relevant assumptions of these study.The fourth part, designing the survey scheme, Based on the questionnaire data, analyzing the factors that affect the agricultural extension behavior in a descriptive statistical analyze way and provide the basis for further empirical analysis.The fifth part. Based on the empirical study of the agricultural technician’s extension behavior in farmer’s perspective, the study further analyze the influencing factors and its influencing degree through the survey and empirical analysis of the farmers and agricultural technician in Dou Chang county Jing Xi province. Then, this study provide the theoretical base for the improvement of the agricultural extension.The sixth part, based on the above research, summarize the research results and make some recommendations for further improving the agricultural technician’s extension level.
