After the reform and development60years, Rural Credit Cooperatives(RCC) have formed an important part of the financial system in Gansu Province, which have made made significant contribution to support the economic and social development in Gansu Province, especially in rural areas. However, we have also accumulated a lot of problems in the RCC system that demand prompt solution at the same time. Currently, with the rapid economic and social development in Gansu Province, rural financial demand increasingly strong, and the local government attaches great importance to the development of rural finance. The opportunities for further reform of RCC in Gansu Province have been creating unprecedented. according to the development of rural finance. Research and in-depth analysis of the main problems in the reform of RCC in Gansu Province, and targeted measures to propose solutions, which are of great significance for speeding up the reform of rural credit cooperatives and development in Gansu Province.Firstly, It is to research on the development of the theory and foreign rural cooperative financial situation of the domestic and foreign rural cooperative financial, and to sum up the foreign rural cooperative finance the development of the revelation of the reform and development of the rural credit cooperatives in Gansu Province. Secondly, it is to analyse of the history, the current situation, the main problems and the of rural financial development in the Gansu Province. Lastly it is to propose solutions:vigorously promote the establishment of commercial banks in rural areas, and actively resolve the historical burden, efforts to conduct business and mechanism innovation, improve the corporate governance of rural credit cooperatives, nurturing corporate culture.
