With gradually narrowing in terms of difference of interests between deposit and loan, commercial banks’ profits from traditional businesses are becoming less and less. Products are the bases on which bank lives, and products’ prices are expression of bank’s vitality. As an enterprise, the aim of the bank is obtaining the maximum profit by carrying on its business, controlling risks. And as the price is one of the most important factors that influence the business aim of the bank, the bank must price their products reliably and correctly. But because every bank lacks a scientific product pricing standard and pricing system, the product price is very different and the market price is much confused. This has caused the broad masses’complaint, and on the other hand it is even unfavorable to the long-term development of the bank. The international community has been widely used in EVA as the core value of the management system, which is to maximize the value of the operation in the implementation of the concept of corporate governance from beginning to end, and it’s greatest advantage lies in unifying its investment decision-making, performance evaluation and incentive pay.First of all, this essay introduces the principle theory of pricing for banking product, EVA management system and it’s using. Secondly, this essay introduces the development of pricing for banking products of CCB and analyzes the problems of pricing in CCB. Thirdly, this essay research on the Product Pricing Method of CCB-Based on EVA. Fourthly, this essay puts forward the suggestions that how to improve the pricing ability of state-owned banks, especially in pricing right, pricing system which include pricing thought, pricing rules and pricing methods.
