The Study And Application Of Material Management System For Cement Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

Impacted by the global economic crisis, cement equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing order atrophy, cost rise, capital shortage, excess capacity and many other problems. So we need to build a scientific and efficient management system, improve the order of the fast response ability, reduce the material purchase cost and improve enterprise capital turnover speed, ensure product responsible for delivery and strengthening cost control. And the scientific and efficient management system is to promote the equipment manufacturing enterprise core competitiveness of the effective way.Firstly, this paper describes the prospects for the development of the cement equipment manufacturing enterprises. And through the analysis of the product cost structure, has been clear about the importance of materials management in the cement equipment manufacturing enterprises; Then, combined with cement equipment manufacturing enterprise business process, this paper analyze the existing problems in materials management and establish the material management system logical model and function model in the light of the cement equipment manufacturing enterprises.
